Alex has 5 years’ of experience in the construction and quantity surveying industries. Alex continues to further his knowledge in key areas, both with dennis swen and whilst attending Engineering school on a day-release
basis and has been involved in a variety of projects at dennis swen.

As a result, Alex has been exposed to a wealth of construction projects, while
also developing his understanding of the various professional practices. Alex has gained experience in the measurement and valuation of various types
of projects, including taking off quantities, interim valuations, variations
and final statements.

Helping through research on the latest energy-efficient products, building
styles and must research and location to ensure design matches initial and final costs.
